We are seeking an experienced Retail Product Manager to join a leading Auto Finance/NBFC organization. This role offers the opportunity to lead product strategy, develop innovative retail finance solutions, and drive business growth within the automotive financing ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage retail finance products including new and used vehicle loans, refinancing, top-up loans, and value-added financing programs.
- Drive product strategy, pricing, policy formulation, and customer value proposition.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and identify new product opportunities.
- Partner with sales teams to improve product penetration and business growth.
- Collaborate with technology teams to enhance digital lending journeys and customer experience.
- Work closely with Risk, Credit, Operations, Compliance, and other stakeholders to ensure effective product governance.
- Monitor product performance, profitability, customer adoption, and portfolio quality.
Desired Candidate Profile
- MBA/PGDM in Finance, Marketing, Strategy, or related discipline.
- 8–12 years of experience in retail auto finance, NBFCs, banking, captive finance, or product management roles.
- Strong understanding of retail lending products, pricing models, credit policies, and portfolio management.
- Experience working with dealer networks, OEM programs, and digital lending platforms.
- Excellent analytical, stakeholder management, and project execution skills.
