Our Team
Capt. Narinder has decades of experience in human resource management, organizational development, and training. He has worked with powerhouses like Indian Army, IFFCO, Reliance Industries, General Motors and New Holland Tractors.
He holds a Post Graduate diploma in Industrial Relations & Personnel Management from Bhartia Vidya Bhavan, in addition to degree in law from Gujarat University. Prior to his long innings of three decades with niche corporates, he has been in the Army for six years and has varied army certifications in many fields.
Capt. Narinder frequently teaches Human Resources as a Visiting Faculty in management institutes.
Menon is a veteran in the Corporate World. He brings with him close to 30 years of rich corporate experience with Multinational Corporations like PepsiCo where he handled multiple functions over a span of 16 years followed by Metro Cash & Carry (a German Conglomerate) where he headed the Office Administration function for North India.
He also served Indian Companies like Dalmia Group, J.K. Cement, UFLEX etc. Menon specializes in evaluating business needs, as well as designing and implementing solutions. His role is to understand clients’ workforce objectives and to align industry resources, technologies and programs to deliver best-in-class solutions.
His expertise primarily lies in Administration, Public Relation and Business Development. He is a Graduate from Delhi University and a Post Graduate in Business Administration from Anna University, Coimbatore.
Amandeep has worked with General Electric in the early part of his career before taking the entrepreneurial plunge. He holds a Post Graduate degree with specialization in HR from Symbiosis and a bachelor’s degree in business from Madras University.
As the Principal Consultant of Corporate Associates, he is responsible for the leadership and overall performance of the organization as it relates to client service, staffing, training, organizational development, and quality control. He has a strong consulting background and excellent client service skills. He is a business leader focused on driving innovation and business results through integrated talent search management recruitment/search strategies.
Narendra has over twenty-five years of corporate experience and has had a long association with the French giant Alcatel.
He has an expertise in payroll, legal compliance, and employment law practices. With several years of successful experience in full life cycle recruiting in a flexible staffing industry, Narendra understands the importance of carefully matching the skills & experience of prospects with the needs of our clients and works to ensure our clients receive the highest quality service possible.
