Capt. Narinder has decades of experience in human resource management, organizational development, and training. He has worked with powerhouses like Indian Army, IFFCO, Reliance Industries, General Motors and New Holland Tractors. He holds a Post Graduate diploma in Industrial Relations & Personnel Management from Bhartia Vidya Bhavan, in addition to degree in law from Gujarat University. Prior to his long innings of three decades with niche corporates, he has been in the Army for six years and has varied army certifications in many fields. Capt. Narinder frequently teaches Human Resources as a Visiting Faculty in management institutes.
