This client company is worlds largest Telecommunication Equipment Manufacturer specialising in providing customized network solutions for telecom companies worldwide. We were asked to search for the role of Manager Quality who would be responsible for establishment, implementation & maintenance of a Quality System in accordance with ISO 9001:2000 and conduct Internal Audits as per ISO9001:2000 standards.

After systematic search, we at Corporate Associates recommended an electronics engineer working with India’s biggest telecommunications company back then in 2005 and ensured constant contact and follow up with the client and candidate. During the course of the search process, we realised that accuracy and speed in tracking the market plays a vital role. Over a span of a fortnight Corporate Associates was able to do a thorough market assessment and research, which led to connecting with the right candidate and fortunately the opportunity felt like a great fitment to both- the client company and the candidate.
