We are hiring a Program Manager for a leading organization in the Auto Finance, NBFC, and Financial Services sector. The role will focus on strategic planning, program development, portfolio management, stakeholder engagement, and cross-functional collaboration to drive business growth and enhance customer financing solutions within the passenger vehicle ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Define program vision, goals, and strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer demand assessment to identify growth opportunities.
• Design and manage retail finance programs, including loan structures, pricing, eligibility criteria, and customer offerings.
• Monitor portfolio performance and key business metrics to ensure program success.
• Collaborate with sales teams, dealerships, and channel partners to drive business growth and product adoption.
• Manage product development initiatives, digital journeys, feature enhancements, and program rollouts.
• Coordinate with Business, Technology, Operations, Risk, Credit, Marketing, and Sales teams to ensure seamless execution.
• Engage with senior leadership and stakeholders to provide updates and drive strategic decision-making.
• Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.

Desired Candidate Profile

• MBA from a recognized institution.
• 10–12 years of experience in Program Management, Project Management, or Product Management within the Passenger Vehicle (Car) industry.
• Strong understanding of automotive finance, lending products, dealership ecosystems, and business operations.
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and complex strategic initiatives.
• Excellent analytical, stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
