About the Opportunity

Australia India Institute Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dynamic and student-focused professional to support international student recruitment initiatives across India. This role offers an exciting opportunity to engage with prospective students, parents, schools, and education partners while driving recruitment and conversion activities for a globally recognized higher education institution.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent the institution at education fairs, seminars, webinars, school visits, and recruitment events.
• Engage with prospective students, parents, and education partners to provide guidance and support throughout the admission journey.
• Manage student enquiries through email, phone, CRM platforms, and other communication channels.
• Assist with student counselling, lead nurturing, and conversion activities.
• Conduct market research and gather industry insights to support recruitment strategies.
• Collaborate with marketing, communications, and operations teams on recruitment initiatives.
• Support reporting, data management, and special projects as required.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree with 4–5 years of experience in student counselling, admissions, recruitment, or a related field.
• Experience working with CRM systems and managing student pipelines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational abilities with the capacity to manage multiple priorities.
• Understanding of international higher education, particularly the Australian education system, is preferred.
• Ability to work independently in a remote and collaborative environment.
• Strong professional ethics and cross-cultural awareness.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior study or work experience within the Australian higher education sector
• Experience engaging with students, parents, schools, and education consultants.
