Menon is a veteran in the Corporate World. He brings with him close to 30 years of rich corporate experience with Multinational Corporations like PepsiCo where he handled multiple functions over a span of 16 years followed by Metro Cash & Carry (a German Conglomerate) where he headed the Office Administration function for North India. He also served Indian Companies like Dalmia Group, J.K. Cement, UFLEX etc. Menon specializes in evaluating business needs, as well as designing and implementing solutions. His role is to understand clients’ workforce objectives and to align industry resources, technologies and programs to deliver best-in-class solutions. His expertise primarily lies in Administration, Public Relation and Business Development. He is a Graduate from Delhi University and a Post Graduate in Business Administration from Anna University, Coimbatore.
